Do yall realize every single place of business "recruits" in order to hire enough people to do the job? Just because you didnt do well doesnt mean it is a scam. And yes, there are bad people in EVERY industry, so of course you are still going to find bad people in primerica. That doesnt make the entire company bad. Yall will say anything to make yourselves feel better about failing at something.

Quick question - why do most RUclipsrs promote selling life insurance and not other forms? For example can you sell car insurance from other countries? Are other forms of insurance even worth it? Why is life preferred for remote sales agents?

Thank you David D. Great presentation. I make hundreds of calls a day to business owners asking the same question over and over . It gets boring..so I make up games..and keep tallies, I get goofy and tell "dad" jokes .. what keeps me going is the small bonuses and commissions I make outside of the base pay. I am thinkting he GREAT commissions with Final expense and real upside will keep me interested and alive on the phone. I'd like to hear what other seasoned successful Final Expense agents do to combat the daily grind bordom .. Oh Yes on the Free Lead program at least for the first year. Your program sounds great.

Just left Bankers. Do not recommend. I did not learn much in training. I just went in the field and never really got to do much to practice. They also just threw me on the phones with the script, so when I stopped riding with someone, I made no money because I was not good at booking appointments. I was very lucky to talk to 3 people a day. I had days where I would make 100-200 calls and talk to nobody. I put 100 miles on my car one day doorknocking with no luck. I put over 4,000 miles on my new car in just a few months. The folks were nice. However, some of the people I rode with were just as broke as I am and would sometimes do non-compliant things for money. Most of the people in my office had been there under 3 years, so turnover was ridiculously higher than any job I worked at. I had pretty much no work-life balance. They also only pay commission but still require you to drive out to deliver policies, do policy work, etc, so you don't get paid for that work. It was probably one of the worst job experiences I've had.

I could be wrong but it could be partially in her tonality and demeanor. Sales is kinda like tennis. Serve too soft it won’t make it over the net..serve too aggressive and it’s gonna bounce out..gotta find the sweet spot and just enough momentum and keep the client engaging in a consistent conversation and connecting is vital. Being a bit more empathetic may help her. I’m not a professional in closing insurance but I do have years of experience in high ticket sales and working with people. Overall she is a hammer on getting appointments. I wish I had over 50% appointment setting. If she can sit another 50% should be able to close the 50% who she sits in front of and crush it.

It could take 3 years or more just to make any kind of money out of the business and even that isnt a guarantee to me its not worth it

I was with them in the beginning of the year and one thing I didn’t like and that they would say they’re people of God but only cared about making more money and getting recruits . I noticed little by little they would brag so much about having this and designer that but it says in the Bible do not care about worldly things such as luxury stuff and cars . I just got a negative feeling about it and they would literally want me to risk my life to go to thier training classes or else I don’t have that no excuses mindset . It was too much . I researched and realized it was all a MLM thing and pyramid scheme . God opened my eyes and had me see the truth in those people who worked there .

A chargeback is when a policy does not stay on the books for 12 months. Then you pay back the percentage of the annual premium that the company did not get. After 12 months there is no chargeback.

Jesus Christ they're trying to get me motivated about my own future saying "XYZ person didn't want to recruit either, but look at her now!" I ask what do you mean look at her now? She has a full time job outside of this, and somehow made time to speak to an 18 year old girl for 2 hours on zoom? Jeez I'm envious.

I want to work with another agency not independent just yet...but the last company that terminated my employment say they wont release me for 6 months!.. I have been hired at another company I need the release from the last company I know i can sue.. but I need to try and just get them to sign a release

I am an independent life insurance agent. NY Life has tried to tecruit me several times. The NY Life insurance product is excellent. Their agency system no so much. The commissions for the agent are lower because you are supporting this huge infrastructure of managers. You are better off on your own.
